I am a third year Ph.D. student at Yale University, where I am fortunately advised by Prof. James Duncan. My committee members include Prof. Alex Wong, Prof. Lawrence Staib and Dr. Albert Sinusas. My current research mainly focuses on unsupervised motion estimation/image registration, correspondence learning, adaptive regularization/weighting and image segmentation. My goal is to utilize advanced algorithms to build a better healthcare system. I obtained my M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UCLA working at The Ozcan Research Group. Prior to that, I received my B.S. degree with the highest honor (President Teli Xu's Special Fellowship) in Automation (Electrical Engineering), Beijing Institute of Technology advised by Prof. Dawei Shi. I was fortunate to be a Mitacs visiting student in Servier Virtual Cardiac Centre at University of Alberta in summer 2018, advised by Prof. Kumaradevan Punithakumar and Prof. Michelle Noga.
